Here at Coastal Community Care, our services allow care recipients the ability to age in place. Our care providers perform Homemaker and Companion Services.
We understand the concerns that arise when dealing with the care of aging loved ones. Caring for a parent who has trouble performing everyday activities, or a grandparent who needs regular attention can be stressful and often overwhelming. Coastal Community Care LLC offers a variety of home care services that fit your family’s specific needs. Whether your loved one, requires light housekeeping services, or simply companionship, the highly-experienced and compassionate staff at Coastal Community Care LLC is ready to assist.
A care provider will sit and care for the care recipient while the family caregiver is away.
Homemaker Services
- General tidying up of rooms in which the care recipient spends time.
- Making Changing beds used by care recipient.
- Washing dishes after meals.
- Spot cleaning kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances.
- Gathering trash inside the home and putting it out to be picked up.
- Cleaning bathroom fixtures after use by care recipient.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and spot cleaning floors in rooms used by care recipient.
- Doing the care recipient’s laundry.
- Light meal planning, preparation and clean-up.
- Shopping for items on recipient’s behalf such as groceries, cleaning supplies.
Companion Services
- Accompanying care recipients to run errands, shopping & outings.
- Conversations, listening and sharing experiences.
- Interacting with reading, playing games and cards with care recipient.
- Accompanying care recipient to social events and outings.
- Accompanying care recipients on walks.
